Apple ships Claude.md by accident: confirms internal use of Claude Code
Apple Support v5.13 accidentally shipped a Claude.md file, spotted by analyst Aaron Perris before Apple pulled it within 24 hours — but the contents leaked. The file shows Apple's support app uses an 'AI–human seamless handoff' architecture, running a customized Claude model on Apple's own servers per their privacy policy. The interesting bit isn't 'Apple uses AI' (the industry does); it's that even the most secrecy-obsessed company in tech let an AI-pasted file through code review. The signal for builders in the Chinese-speaking world is direct: if Apple's shipping with Claude Code, it's already production-grade daily tooling.
