Claude for Creative Work plugs into 9 tools: Adobe, Blender, Ableton, more

Anthropic shipped Claude for Creative Work on April 28 — connectors that plug Claude into nine industry-standard creative tools: Ableton, Adobe Creative Cloud, Affinity, Autodesk Fusion, Blender, Resolume, SketchUp, and Splice. Claude can now look up how a tool works, write batch-processing scripts, and shuttle assets across applications. The release also debuts Claude Design, an experimental tool for exploring UI ideas. Pitched at creative pros, this is a different bet from OpenAI Sora's generative push — Anthropic is stitching AI into existing professional pipelines rather than producing flashier outputs.
