Huawei + USTC Launch Multi-Agent Research Platform on openJiuwen

USTC and Huawei launched 灵境造物 (Linghjing Zaowu), a research-focused cloud platform built end-to-end on Chinese-domestic hardware and software (openJiuwen community + MindSpore framework). The pitch isn't a stronger individual agent — it's making multiple agents work like an actual research team: literature review, experimental design, computational simulation, and data analysis as one coordinated workflow. Team capabilities self-evolve as real tasks run, accumulating reusable "Team Skills" patterns. In one materials-catalysis case, work that took weeks compressed to hours. The Team Skills Hub is already open across eight research domains. Takeaway: multi-agent collaboration is moving from demos into real academic output, with a homegrown Chinese stack now in the mix.
