Best starting point if you're new to agent skills and want to see what's possible without building from scratch — the cross-runtime coverage is the main draw vs. single-vendor lists like anthropics/skills. Caveat: it's a curated index, not a package manager, so quality varies skill-to-skill and you should read each one before trusting it in your workflow. Skip if you only use one agent and that vendor already ships an official skill catalog you're happy with.
