Pick this when you're new to Claude Skills and want a fast tour of what's possible before writing your own — the breadth is the value. Trade-off: it's an index, not a curated quality bar, so expect uneven skill quality and some stale links. Skip it if you already follow Anthropic's cookbook and a few Skills authors directly; you won't find much new. Pair with `anthropics/claude-cookbook` for canonical patterns.
